4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days. Timelines may vary depending on banking procedures.

5. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel engagements with prior written notice. Fees for services already delivered or committed resources remain payable.

6. Cancellation by Company

Strategic Sage reserves the right to cancel engagements in unforeseen circumstances. Clients will receive prorated refunds or rescheduling options.

7. Rescheduling

We accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Additional costs incurred due to rescheduling may be chargeable.

8. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for completed workshops, downloadable materials, or engagements terminated due to client breach.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters or regulatory restrictions.

10. Modifications

Clients may request changes to deliverables. Adjustments to scope may impact timelines and fees, agreed upon through written amendments.

11. Non-Transferability

Engagement rights are not transferable without prior written consent from Strategic Sage.

12. Confidentiality

Cancellations do not negate confidentiality obligations. Both parties remain bound to confidentiality clauses in the engagement agreement.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Revised versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
